What stood out was his attention to detail. Every requirement you ask of him, he does his homework. He doesn't push his agenda down your throat. He teaches you so you can make your own decisions, because at the end of the day you're the one who has to be happy with your choice. His family is from Seattle and they're in construction and real estate, so he has a lot of contacts. In a seller's market, I was able to buy a condo before it went on the market and avoid a bidding war. He follows through, from the time you say yes to the time you get your keys, he was involved in the process. I had him read all the paperwork because I wanted a separate pair of eyes and an intelligent brain. I have seen other agents not do that. Colin did. He made the effort.
